GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TECHNIGO’S ON-DEMAND ONLINE COURSES
By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) . These terms apply to all on-demand online courses (the “Course” or “Courses”) organised and sold by Technigo AB, reg.no. 559051-8030 (the “Organiser”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Online courses include but not limited to [Online Web Development Bootcamp, UI Design Course, React Course, Node.js course, Typescript course]. By purchasing a course, you (“you” and “your”) accept these Terms.

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) may not sign up for the Course.
By purchasing the Course, you warrant;
- that you have the authority to accepting these Terms (either on your own behalf or by having an authorised person at your company agree to the terms set forth herein on your behalf);
- the agreement that is entered by you purchasing the course, which for the avoidance of doubt include these Terms, is binding and enforceable against you; and
- to the extent an individual is accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, such individual has the right and authority to agree to all of the terms set forth herein on behalf of such entity.
1. The Course
- The Course is an online on-demand course that takes place digitally.
- The course is delivered digitally upon purchase and the participant gets immediate access to the course material (if nothing else is stated) in the course learning portal. If the immediate access fails, you need to contact [email protected] for support.
- More information about the Course, including information on the curriculum, learning objectives and what we expect from the persons attending the Course (the “Attendees”) may be found at the course website at www.technigo.io.
- Your access rights and period to the course and learning material is stated on the course webpage upon purchasing and in your digital receipt.
2. Pricing Options
- The organiser offers multiple pricing options for its online courses to provide flexibility for all learners. These options include one-time payments (flat rate) and recurring membership plans. Details for each plan, including costs and benefits, are outlined on the respective course purchase page.
- Payments are done by card using the payment provider Stripe and a receipt of your payment will be sent to your email.
- I authorize Technigo AB to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
- One-Time Payment (Flat Rate)
- If you choose the one-time payment option, you will be charged a single, upfront fee. This fee grants you access to the course content for a set period of time as stated on the course page, allowing you to revisit materials as often as you like. This option does not include automatic renewals, and no further payments will be required.
- Membership Payment Plans
- Some courses offer membership plans. A recurring fee will be billed based on your choice of billing period [monthly, quarterly or yearly]. This membership includes ongoing access to the course content as long as the membership remains active. You may cancel your membership at any time, but please note that access to the course will end when your final billing period expires. Refunds are not available if you choose to cancel before the end of the billing period, and access will continue until the current term concludes. Email [email protected] to cancel your membership.
- The organiser may offer different access tiers memberships. Each tier provides a set of benefits outlined at the time of purchase, such as core content access, additional resources, or premium support options. Access tier benefits are subject to change at Technigo’s discretion, and updates will be communicated to current members as applicable.
3. Changes to Pricing and Memberships
- The organiser reserves the right to modify course fees, membership costs, or the benefits associated with each plan. If a pricing change occurs for a recurring plan, existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will have the option to continue at the new rate or cancel their membership without penalty.
