GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TECHNIGO'S ONLINE COURSES
By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These terms apply to all online courses (the "Course" or "Courses") organised and sold by Technigo AB, reg.no. 559051-8030 (the "Organiser", "we", "our", "us").
Online courses include but are not limited to on-demand courses [Online Web Development Bootcamp, UI Design Course, React Course, Node.js course, Typescript course] and cohort-based online courses [AI Productivity Bootcamp]. These terms does not apply to Technigo’s YH courses and programs. On-demand courses provide immediate access upon purchase. Cohort-based online courses provide access to course materials from the course start date as stated on the course webpage and receipt.
By purchasing a course, you ("you" and "your") accept these Terms.

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) may not sign up for the Course. By purchasing the Course, you warrant;
- that you have the authority to accepting these Terms (either on your own behalf or by having an authorised person at your company agree to the terms set forth herein on your behalf);
- the agreement that is entered by you purchasing the course, which for the avoidance of doubt include these Terms, is binding and enforceable against you; and
- to the extent an individual is accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, such individual has the right and authority to agree to all of the terms set forth herein on behalf of such entity.
1. The Course
- The Course is an online course that takes place digitally.
- The course is delivered digitally. For on-demand courses, the participant gets immediate access to the course material upon purchase. For cohort-based courses, access to course materials will be granted on the course start date as stated on the course webpage and receipt. If access fails, you need to contact [email protected] for support.
- More information about the Course, including information on the curriculum, learning objectives and what we expect from the persons attending the Course (the "Attendees") may be found at the course website at www.technigo.io.
- Your access rights and period to the course and learning material is stated on the course webpage upon purchasing and in your digital receipt.
2. Pricing Options
- The organiser offers multiple pricing options for its online courses to provide flexibility for all learners. These options include one-time payments (flat rate) and recurring membership plans. Details for each plan, including costs and benefits, are outlined on the respective course purchase page.
- Payments are done by card using the payment provider Stripe and a receipt of your payment will be sent to your email.
- I authorize Technigo AB to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
